- Preparation of feasibility studies and potential analyzes, due diligence, project evaluations, technical implementation concepts, construction and operation plans
- Provision of advice and support during selection, negotiation and conclusion of work, service and supply contracts in purchasing and sales
Energy efficiency (EE):
Areas of work: EE and energy-performance contracting in industry, commerce, public and residential buildings
- Issuance of energy certificates for residential buildings (only within Germany)
- Conduction of on-site energy advice for residential buildings, preparation of refurbishment schedules for residential buildings
- Energy audits and consulting for the planning and implementation of energy saving measures in industry and commerce as well as for public buildings and infrastructure (ESCo-Projects)
